Welcome to BeastKicks Store. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website beast-kicks.com (the "Website") and any purchases made through it. By accessing the Website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website.

Beast Kicks Store ("Beast Kicks", "we", "us", or "our") is a multi-brand retail business operating in Indonesia, with retail outlets in Makassar and Tangerang. We sell footwear, apparel, bags, accessories, and sporting goods, and also provide shoe cleaning and care services.
2. Authenticity & Brand Disclaimer
Beast Kicks Store is an independent multi-brand retailer. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or an official distributor of any of the brands whose products we sell. All brand names, logos, and trademarks displayed on the Website are the property of their respective owners and are used solely to identify the products we offer for sale.
We guarantee that every product we sell is 100% authentic and original. All items are sourced through trusted channels and verified before sale. We do not sell replicas, counterfeits, or imitation products of any kind. If you have concerns about the authenticity of an item purchased from us, please contact us and we will assist with verification.
3. Eligibility
By using the Website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or are using the Website under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian, and that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under Indonesian law.
4. Products and Availability
We make every effort to display our products accurately, including colors, materials, and sizes. However, actual colors may vary slightly depending on your screen. All products are subject to availability. As many of our items are limited-release or limited-stock products, we cannot guarantee that an item shown on the Website will remain available. We reserve the right to limit quantities per customer and to discontinue any product at any time.
5. Pricing
All prices are listed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Shipping costs are calculated separately at checkout. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. In the event of an obvious pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel any order placed at the incorrect price, and we will notify you and issue a full refund if payment has been made.
6. Orders and Payment
When you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation by email. This confirmation acknowledges receipt of your order but does not constitute acceptance. An order is accepted when we process and ship it. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including for reasons of stock unavailability, suspected fraud, pricing errors, or violation of these Terms. If we cancel a paid order, you will receive a full refund.
Payment must be completed through the payment methods available at checkout. Orders that remain unpaid after the payment window expires will be automatically cancelled. You confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.
7. Shipping and Delivery
We ship throughout Indonesia from our outlets. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and by our logistics partners, and are estimates only — we are not liable for delays caused by couriers, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control. Risk of loss or damage passes to you upon delivery of the products to the address you provided. 8. Returns and Exchanges
Our return and exchange rules, including eligibility requirements and timeframes, are set out in our Return and Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms. Items must be unworn, in original condition, and returned with their complete original packaging to be eligible.
9. Shoe Cleaning and Care Services
For items left with us for cleaning or care services: we handle every item with professional care, but you acknowledge that results may vary depending on the material, age, and condition of the item. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, defects, or deterioration inherent to the item's condition or materials. Items must be collected within a reasonable period after we notify you that they are ready. Items left uncollected for an extended period after repeated notification may be subject to storage limitations.
10. Promotions and Discount Codes
Promotions, vouchers, and discount codes are subject to their own terms, including validity periods and usage limits. They cannot be exchanged for cash, may not be combined unless stated otherwise, and we reserve the right to cancel orders that abuse promotional mechanics.
11. Intellectual Property
All content on the Website — including text, product photography, graphics, logos, and design — is owned by or licensed to Beast Kicks Store, except for third-party brand trademarks which remain the property of their respective owners. You may not copy, reproduce, or use our content for commercial purposes without our written permission.
12. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Website to commit fraud, place fake orders, use bots or automated tools to purchase products, interfere with the Website's operation, or engage in any activity that violates applicable law. We reserve the right to block access and cancel orders from users who violate this section.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Indonesian law, Beast Kicks Store shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Website or the purchase of products. Our total liability for any claim related to an order shall not exceed the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot be excluded under Indonesian consumer protection law (Law No. 8 of 1999 on Consumer Protection).
