RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

At BeastKicks, we want you to be completely happy with your purchase. We make exchanges easy — as long as you follow the simple procedure below.
1. Exchange Only — No Cash Refunds
We offer exchanges only. Purchases cannot be refunded in cash or returned for money back. You may exchange your item for:
- A different size of the same product; or
- Another product of equal value, if your size is not available. If the replacement product has a higher price, you pay the difference; price differences are not refunded in cash.
2. Exchange Window: 3 Days
Exchange requests must be submitted within a maximum of 3 (three) days after you receive the product, based on the courier's delivery confirmation date. Requests made after 3 days cannot be processed, without exception.
3. Unboxing Video Required
You must record a clear, uncut video of yourself unboxing the package, from the moment the sealed package is opened until the product is fully visible. This video is mandatory proof for any exchange claim — including wrong size, wrong item, or damaged/defective items. Without an unboxing video, we cannot process your exchange. We strongly recommend recording an unboxing video for every order you receive.
4. Item Condition Requirements
To be eligible for exchange, the item must be:
- Unworn and unused — only tried on for fitting;
- In original condition, with all tags, labels, and accessories attached;
- Returned with the complete original packaging, including the shoe box (undamaged — please do not use the shoe box as the shipping box; wrap it in an outer layer);
- Free of any smells, stains, marks, or signs of use.
Items that do not meet these conditions will be sent back to you at your cost, and the exchange will not be processed.
5. Shipping Costs
All shipping costs for exchanges are covered by the buyer, both for sending the item back to us and for shipping the replacement item to you. We recommend using a trackable courier service, as we are not responsible for return packages lost in transit.
6. How to Request an Exchange
- Contact our customer service within 3 days of receiving your order, via the contact details below. Include your order number, the reason for exchange, your unboxing video, and clear photos of the item.
- Our team will verify your request and confirm which outlet to return the item to (the item's origin outlet — our customer service will provide the address).
- Ship the item back at your cost using a trackable courier, and share the tracking number with our customer service.
- Once we receive and inspect the item, we will confirm your exchange and ship the replacement to you. If your requested size or product is unavailable, our team will help you choose an alternative.
7. One-Time Exchange
Each order is eligible for one (1) exchange only. Items that have already been exchanged cannot be exchanged again, so please double-check your size before confirming the replacement — our customer service is happy to help with sizing advice.
8. Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact our customer service within 3 days of delivery with your unboxing video showing the issue. Verified claims will be exchanged for the correct or replacement item. The unboxing video requirement applies to these claims as well.
9. Non-Exchangeable Items
The following cannot be exchanged:
- Items marked final sale or purchased during clearance promotions (unless damaged or incorrect);
- Hygiene-sensitive items that have been opened (Clothing);
- Items damaged due to buyer misuse or improper handling after delivery.
