1. Shipping Coverage

We ship to all destinations across Indonesia. Orders are shipped from our outlets in Makassar (Jl. Rusa and Centre Point of Indonesia) and Gading Serpong, Tangerang, depending on where your item is in stock. International shipping is not available at this time.

2. Order Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day. During major sale events or new product releases, processing may take slightly longer — we appreciate your patience.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation with your tracking number so you can monitor the delivery.

3. Couriers and Delivery Options

We ship using trusted courier partners such as JNE, J&T Express, SiCepat, and other services available at checkout (or you can contact our customer service to request). Available options and costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on your address, and the package weight and size. However, currently we are doing free shipping to all over Indonesia.

For customers in the same city as one of our outlets, instant/same-day courier (e.g., GoSend or GrabExpress) may be available — contact our customer service to arrange this.

4. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are borne by the buyer and displayed at checkout before payment. Costs vary depending on destination, weight, and the courier service selected. Any free shipping promotions will be clearly stated on the Website and are subject to the promotion's terms.

5. Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery estimates depend on your location and the courier service chosen, typically:

  • Major cities (Java, Makassar): 1–4 business days
  • Other cities and regions: 3–7 business days
  • Remote areas: 5–14 business days

These are estimates provided by the courier, not guarantees. Delays may occur due to weather, high shipping volumes (e.g., holiday seasons), or other circumstances beyond our control. We are not liable for courier delays, but our customer service will gladly help you follow up on a delayed package.

6. Shipping Address

Please make sure your shipping address, phone number, and recipient name are complete and accurate before completing your order. We are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the buyer. Address changes after an order has shipped are not possible.

7. Receiving Your Package

We strongly recommend that you record an unboxing video when opening your package, from the sealed condition until the product is fully visible. This video is required proof for any exchange or claim regarding wrong, damaged, or defective items — see our Return & Exchange Policy for details.

If your package arrives with visibly damaged outer packaging, please document it with photos/video before opening and contact our customer service immediately.

8. Lost or Undelivered Packages

If your tracking shows no movement for an extended period or the package is reported lost, contact our customer service with your order and tracking number. We will help file a claim with the courier. Compensation for lost packages follows the courier's insurance and claim policy — we recommend adding shipping insurance at checkout when available.

Packages returned to us due to failed delivery (wrong address, recipient unreachable, uncollected) can be reshipped at the buyer's cost.

9. Order Cancellation

Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped. Once a tracking number has been issued, the order can no longer be cancelled and will follow our Return & Exchange Policy.
